Mask Distribution Drive
HDB is committed towards empowering the communities around us by enabling them with sustainable livelihoods and ensuring good health. As a part of its commitment towards the society HDB initiated a mask distribution drive around its branches to prevent the spread of the virus. Over 3,00,000 individuals have benefited from this drive.
Preventive Healthcare and Water Sanitation

HDB strives to empower unemployed men & women, school dropouts and final year students through a holistic vocational training program followed by linkages to appropriate livelihoods. Our programs involve active parent-trainer engagement and regular mentoring sessions for trainees.

Several trained individuals have been linked to aspirational job roles while others are on their journey to become successful micro entrepreneurs.
Natural Resource Management
Water crisis is a global problem, and those at the bottom of the economic pyramid are most affected; small and marginal farmers being one of them. HDB’s environmental initiatives intend to improve water accessibility at source that would yield better agricultural output in a sustained and an eco-friendly manner.
Our company supports watershed development programs that include community participation, capacity building on protection of natural resources and cropping techniques, restoration of waterbodies, development of recharge structures and other soil & water conservation structures. Recently, HDB launched Mission Million Tree Program, an initiative to promote plantation of native trees and saplings for a healthier and greener environment. Over 150,000 trees have been planted in a scientific manner till date.
It has been brought to our notice that certain unscrupulous individuals/ entities are issuing fake sanction letters purportedly issued by HDB Financial Services Limited to individuals. Such individuals/ entities demand fund transfer to an individual bank account for processing the loan application. These individuals/ entities are fraudulently and illegally misusing HDB Financial Services Limited’s tradee and/ or trade and/ or brand names to lure General Public and are both harming our reputation as well as exploiting General Public. By way of this notice, we intend to caution the General Public against such elements.
